2002. Entry #194
I'm
feeling the pressure.
A couple days of not writing
has left me desperately scrambling to catch up. I can do, I know
I can, it's just hard, especially since work has been loading tons
of stuff on me and won't let up until the end of December.
I'm going to be working
all weekend, just to keep up with NaNoWriMo and work. This laptop
is coming in so handy.
Hey, thanks all of you
who have sent me letters of support. Keep it up. Good will is all
that's keeping me running.
I'm really impressed with
where my story is going. My characters are turning out to be more
real and complete than I thought. Originally I planned this entirely
to be a light fluffy thing, but there looks to be some depth building
and some real emotions.
It's still all crazy, but
I'm beginning to feel like I'm crafting something real.
Weird.
On
Survivor: Well, I didn't see that one. My horse Clay won the
immunity challenge! Woo hoo! Ken, most people's big pick these days
is gone. I wish it had been Penny.
Okay. Picks for next week.
I say Penny is next. She's cute, but Jake is coming off more genuine.
One Year Ago Minus A
Day Today: On Movies, where
I slap Ebert around a bit and come up with my own three-pointed
review system which I then forget completely until now.
Two Years Ago Today:
Abject apologies, where I talk
about our sudden decision to move to Medicine Hat.
Aaaand in 1660:
The first kosher butcher (Asser Levy) is licensed in NYC (New Amsterdam).
Mom
Rating: 3 out of 5. Mom is starting to think I might actually
make it to the end of the month.
