Entry #147
Out of curiosity the other
day, I counted up how many posts I had written in the last two years,
and was somewhat surprised to see I had just finished my 145th posting.
This
one will make the total 147, if I am not mistaken. A fairly respectable
total, given my lengthy hiatus and shabby posting schedule. (And
thanks for pointing that out Joel. Heh.)
We're also coming up on
the second anniversary of 'What I Saw Today...', and if I post every
day from now until June 30, that anniversary post will be #199.
Isn't that typical? If I had been curious even one day before that,
I could have planned to have my 200th post on the second anniversary
of the site. Ah well.
Don't count on my reaching
#199 by then either. I'll try, but it ain't that likely. I will
make #175 at least.
I've been so damn tired
this week.
I don't know why. The stress
isn't particularly high. I'm not taking a lot of pain medication.
I'm not staying up too late (most nights anyway). But every day
I'm just dragging my sorry ass around.
Maybe it's the weather.
After our dump of snow earlier this week, we're now on a rapid upswing,
and the current forecast is predicting 16°C (61°F) by Saturday.
So the change in air pressure and temperature could be messing with
me. Usually my mood increases with the mercury though, so I don't
think that's it.
I know, boring weather
talk. If I'm going to post 52 times between now and the end of June,
you can't expect quality as well.
On
Survivor: My picks for tonight: Rob (The General) will be punted
at the end, unless he can manage to win immunity. If he does, Sean
is out. Hah!
This is how I see the pattern
for the rest of the voting (barring immunity wins): The General,
Sean, V, Kathy. Then with only Neleh and Pascal up for the final
council... Pascal wins!
Well, that's how I see
it anyway.
One Year Ago: The
hiatus continues. I thought about getting a job today, I think.
