So I did this search on my name on Google (mostly to see if my site links up anywhere -- it doesn't) and found that the one 'Rumination' I ever wrote for TopFive.Com is being used is some no-name band's SIG file. Weird.
The sign said, "Jesus is the answer."
Which is kinda weird, since my question was
"What the hell's this stuff on my sandwich?"

You should try those searches once in a while. Last time I did this, I found a review I wrote for the move 'Jude' on a fan site, and quotes from me on an old email list as part of a 'humorous quotes' list somewhere.
More evidence that you never can predict what trace you leave behind. Huh.
Tricia is now seven days overdo. She says if the baby doesn't come by the weekend, they will schedule an appointment to induce labor sometime next week. One way or another, this baby is coming.
I've been sick again. Why is it that I always get sick after I move?
I'm fine now (thank you for asking) but it did manage to break my flow of writing here again. I was doing pretty good! Four entries in one week. That hasn't happened since last September.
Still no news on my job.
No one has any answers. The guy who is handing down our budget was on vacation last week, and we hope that our budget is high on his priority list. We don't have anything to base this faith on, of course.
We are just going on with our daily tasks, and pretending not to worry that everything might change with one phone call.
We have a few boxes unpacked, but laziness has taken us by storm. Most of the kitchen is unpacked, but we keep having to re-wash two plates because we haven't tracked down the box with the rest.
All my books are still packed. I'm going out of my mind without anything to read.
We're still deliriously happy with out apartment. The only noise is the traffic, which acts like the pounding of waves -- kinda soothing once you get used to it.
Tomorrow we get our phones hooked up.
I don't understand what the phone company is doing these days. You no longer book a time slot in which they will come by, but an 'all-day appointment' which means they could show up anytime during the day from 8 AM until 8 PM. You'd think a big company could plan things a LITTLE better than that. Well, that's what happens when you are the only game in town I guess.
Damn monopolies.

Mom Rating: 2 out of 5. Mom thinks I should stay more focused and unpack already. Plus she's getting tired of waiting to be a Grandmother.
On Survivor: Tonight is the infamous 'clip show' where they waste an entire evening showing us the same damn stuff we saw before, just so they can extend the series into the next 'Sweeps Week'. We're still going to watch it probably. Damn them.
On Who Wants To be Millionaire?: The last two days have been the 'Classic TV Stars Edition'. You know what? Valerie Bertinelli may still be cute, but she's pretty dumb.
On Today's Entry: Do you think I use 'Single Quotes' too much?
