I do feel bad.
I don't really want to end up being just a twice-weekly guy. I really want to write more, and I enjoy doing it, but the past few weeks have been kinda nuts.
So while I'm waiting for my ride, I'm just gonna write stuff and then slap it up when she's here. I may not even spell-check it.
One of the best ways to learn about someone, is to hear about what they read. Given the fact that you are actually reading this page, I suspect you would like to learn a little about me (unless you think I'm one of those 'trainwreck in action' type people, and you are just here for the fireworks).
So, in a shameless act of sideways promotion, here's the online people that I like to read:
- Joel
- I talk about Joel a lot here. Him and his wife were my first roommates when I moved out of my folk's place, and we're all still talking.
- Diane
- I found Diane from a link on Joel's page. There's nothing wild and crazy about Diane, but man, can she write. She's also been around long enough to be an authority on this whole web journal nonsense. Definitely read her 'Why Web Journals Suck' article.
- stee
- stee is a very funny, funny man. Watch as he interviews his couch and makes fun of famous people. He is one of the three in ThreeWay Action.
- Pamie
- According to reports, Pamie is one of the funniest people on Earth. I agree. Her cats are weird.
- Terri
- Terri used to be a 'trainwreck', but she fixed that. Incredibly candid about everything, Terri has even transcribed the journals she wrote in college and posted them on the web. She's pretty darn amazing.
- Scott
- The neat thing about Scott's journal, besides the fact that he's an amazing writer, is that he lets us see what a hospital is like from the eyes of a doctor. It's not like you thought it would be.
- Suzy
- As I've mentioned, Suzy is the first confirmed non-acquaintance to read my page regularly. We have nothing whatsoever in common, but I love to read her stuff. She's lousy about returning emails though.
- Sasha
- One of those people who comes off all sarcastic and ironic, I've long suspected Sasha harbors a secret mushy side. I love people like that.
- Terry
- A local girl! Terry describes her site as 'girlie fluffy stuff', and I guess it could be. Sometimes I LIKE girlie fluff stuff. You got a problem with that?
- ratboy
- The new kid on the block. ratboy so loved the action over at ThreeWay, that he had to start his own online rant. Ah, a new convert. You will all join us one day.
So. Learn anything about me?
No?
Who do you read?
Mom Rating: 3 out of 5. Mom's only really interested in her baby boy's writing. So there.
Note Note: I watched no TV in the last couple days. We even taped the Frasier premiere.
Talk
about Halloween stuff.
What
about Lisa's career, eh?
Take me home, big fella
